The Best Thing I Ever Ate...this week

Do you love Hot Wings?  We do, the hotter and crispier the better.  While so tasty, they aren't good for the waistline or the ol' ticker.  Well looky here what I found... a healthy option that packs all the same flavor punch as those oh so bad wings into a yummy salad.  
I give you....

I pretty much followed the recipe as it is, except I left out the butter and I used Wish Bone Fat Free Blue Cheese instead of Ranch dressing.  Before you turn your nose up at the thought of fat free dressing, you have got to try this one. I have had some horrible fat free dressings, especially blue cheese.  One particular brand tastes like nail glue smells.  You know that weird thing when food or drinks taste like a smell?  Huh? That doesn't happen to you ? Hmmmm, well it happens to me.  I hope you aren't too weirded out.
So anyway, back to the salad.  After I cooked the chicken I saved the juices from the pan and drizzled some into the salad before I tossed it.  This made the salad extra spicy, I would skip this step if you don't like really spicy foods.  Go ahead and ignore the mess on the counter.  I also threw in some red onion, tomato, and  chopped celery (wings without celery? UMMM, no!)

Sorry about this "after" pic. I didn't take one before we ate, but I wanted you to be able to see the finished product.  I will definitely be making this again the next time we get a hankerin' for "wangs".  Our jeans will thank us.
